WHO RULES AMERICA The People Versus the Political Class

The career politicians who run America's government have broken free of voter control. by gradually using the power of government to entrench themselves and hobble potential opponents, incumbents in Congress have created a system where their reelection, term after term, is a foregone conclusion. Congress no longer represents the American people; it rules them. This book explains how it happened, and how citizens can reclaim their government.

Eric O'Keefe crafted the plan that produced a term limits sweep across the country in 1992 and 1994, establishing term limits on legislatures in 18 states and a strong national movement to limit congressional terms. In this book he outlines a new strategy for Americans to take back Congress from the career politicians.
