About the Author

Years of clinical practice and dealing with life’s ups and downs have convinced her that wellness practices of exercise, mindfulness meditation, optimized sleep, social connectedness, and a nutritious diet are all essential wellness elements. She is the co-creator of the WILD 5 Wellness Program. Rakesh Jain, MD, MPH, is an experienced psychiatrist, researcher, and educator who firmly believes that life is much more than not having symptoms of mental illness.
