ON THE WING Scripture texts for each day of the month.

Cracking little Victorian book of Devotional verses, dating i think from around 1890. Unusually for tomes of this age, the binding is still holding firm, no pages coming adrift and blue spine cloth intact. The boards are slightly marked/stained, and have some shelf wear, but no losses and colours still bold. Inside there is an inscription, to someone whose surname i can't make out but is "a birthday gift from his loving sister Carrie". Although they do have mild spotting and foxing, the pages are amazingly good, no tears or folds and corners still crisp and sharp. Endpapers very good.
