Interior pages are bright and clean. Binding remains crisp. A native of Itawamba, Mississippi, Dr. Elmo H. Howell (1918-2013) earned a bachelors at Ole Miss with masters and Ph.D. degrees earned at the University of Florida and taught English at Memphis State University from 1957 to 1983.
