Hardcover. Condition: Good+. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. Hardcover; in green embossed cloth, with gilt decoration. SD, NAP; likely First Edition. 312 pages, plus 12 pages ads. In addition, the endpapers are ads for the publishers. Two fold-out hand-colored maps, and four B&W plates. The map of Wisconsin at the front has an ~3" mostly closed tear, and some bumping/edgewear along the inner side (the edgewear is in the margin only, not affecting the map image). The map of Lake Superior (including northern Wisconsin & Upper Michigan) has no tears & is clean. There is some wear at the corner tips and spine tail, and just a bit at the spine head. A bit of light surface rubbing, and some age-darkening to the board cloth. The gilt is a bit faded, but still very readable. A bit shaken. The page edges are age-darkened, and with a few spots. Previous owners name (with "Beloit Wisconsin") inked on th title page. Else the pages are somewhat age-toned, but clean. Overall, a decent copy.; 26B; 8" x 4-1/2". Seller Inventory # 60857
