Printed paper covered boars with laid on colour plate to front, 180 x 120 mm approx. End papers - colour illustrated by W Foster. 84 pp Colour frontis +9 other unspecified plates of which 3 in colour and many other illustrations in text. Undated circa - pre 1913 (Henry Frowde / Hodder and Stoughton collaborated in publishing books between 1906 and 1913). Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Fair ( Heavy shelf rubbing around spine and moderate general soiling. Discreet rubber ink stamped original bookseller name to top front paste down, rear end paper cracked - mull and sewing holding and glue to signatures has failed. Ink previous owner name to top margin of half title, slight foxing to fore edge of book block with occasional marginal soiling. A charming scarce Frowde/ Stoughton children's book offered and priced as a binding copy).
