Item description from seller

A burnt orange coloured cloth (it might have been red and faded over the years) hardback book, with gilt titles on the spine. No dust jacket. This fabulous book is in really good condition and as its a used book, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. Pen and Ink inscription, dated Xmas 1936 on first blank page, (very interesting inscription) published in Great Britain in October 1936 (this specific book is the second impression dated November 1936) by Victor Gollancz Ltd, printed by The Camelot Press Ltd, using high grade quality paper. Stunning seventy-three engravings on wood by Agnes Miller Parker. 142 pages all intact and nice tight binding. The quality of the engravings is absolutely wonderful. Just a joy to behold, this book is enchanting, literally a work of art.
