The WTO Dispute Settlement System was designed to secure the rule of law with in the multilateral trade system and to provide all members an equal and effective opportunity to exercise their rights under the complex and broad multilateral agreements. In this book an attempt is made to summarize and systematically describe the major problems of developing countries in the WTO Dispute Settlement system and explain the reasons underlying the problems. An evaluation of the measures taken in view of solving the challenge is also covered. The assessed the relevance and practical implication of some of the proposals and solutions put forward by different groups and authors.
