Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping rates are based on a total weight of up to 16 ounces. We may need to ask for more funds if your order exceeds 16 ounces.

Terms of sale
You may purchase your books with your credit cards through Abebooks.com or you may place your order and then send your payment by check or money order. International money orders are accepted at US rates.
Free Media Mail for USA customers. For Priority Mail, please add $5.50 for the first and $2.00 for each additional book mailed to the same address.
International Orders: US$10.00 for Global Priority airmail where possible, otherwise whatever the cost is. Surface mail: US$7 and upwards depending on the weight of the book(s).
Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
