Sewn in letterpress wrappers. Cover by Jackie Gardner. Designed by Allan Kornblum, and handset using Centaur and Rheiner by Steve Levine and printed by Levine on Masa paper. This copy with a 4 pp. letterpress booklet titled "New Toothpaste Press Books" and a 1 p. typescript invoice to the poet Ron Padgett, folded, with a holograph notation regarding payment, laid in. Near fine with some toning near the spine.
