My Wacky Weekend Before Monday (Paperback)

Paperback. What will Dalino do? He's been given the task to complete a science project by his teacher, Mrs. Blue, over the weekend, but there are so many distractions that he can't seem to stay focused. Between the cartoons on the tv, Grandma's cookies, spaghetti slurping, pea racing table Olympic tournament, and heroic baby bird rescuing, Dalino has to get back on track if he wants to get an A+ on his science project. Will he get to the paper barn for supplies? Or will his best friend's baseball mitt keep him distracted? One thing is for certain: he'll have to pray and ask God to help him finish strong. Dalino learns that even when we make mistakes and get off task, God still loves us and helps us through even the wackiest of weekends. Inspired by her own son's playful energy and imagination, the author brought Dalino's wacky weekend to life straight from the joyful moments of her home. As a devoted mother and loving wife, she cherishes the opportunity to instill faith, creativity, and perseverance in her family while living out her values as a believer in Christ. Her passion for inspiring children to be their best selves shines through in every story she writes. Today, she extends that same encouragement to a wider audience through her own talk show, where she helps people navigate Christian life with heart, hope, and practical guidance.
