The Waiting Game Helping Those Who Cannot Help Themselves

In his book, the Waiting Game, Lino Fera provides context to the growing housing crisis and the struggles parents face day to day from his vantage point as a parent of a special needs young man. He outlines the phases a parent must deal with from the child’s birth, through the school years and into adulthood. Every adult with special needs is unique and has individual needs and wants. Lino realistically and with heart-felt personal stories, identifies those experiences and obstacles distinctive to all Parents while caring for their loved ones. Lino Fera has worked with many special needs young adults over a thirty-year period and his passion to make their world a better place and their absolute well-being shines through beautifully in the Waiting Game.
