Wake Up & Lead: The Transformative Power of Awareness Based Leadership

Consciousness is the determinative factor in leadership effectiveness. The methodologies taught in most training programs are helpful yet limited in application by the leader's own level of consciousness. Through the practices and case studies in Wake Up & Lead, leaders can gain an expanded awareness that is the foundation of exceptional leadership. The source of our leadership genius has always been present within us waiting to be enlivened and expressed. As consciousness deepens and expands more is seen and comprehended. The unspoken yet potent influence of the leader shapes the collective awareness of the team or organization and the actions it takes. Wake Up & Lead reveals and activates the enlightened mind leaders need to meet the challenges and opportunities in today's world.
