About Walk A Crooked Mile Books
We formerly had an open shop in the Northwest section of Philadelphia in the Mt Airy neighborhood. We closed the shop in August 2014 and moved to Williamsburg PA in 2016. We continue to sell out of our home mainly through Abebooks with an inventory of over 7000 books. We also sell GoldenAge comics through Ebay under the storefront, crookedmile.

We pride ourselves on fast friendly and reliable service and we guarantee your
satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a book, give us a call or email us to
arrange return or refund. We accept PayPal (wacmbook@aol.com), checks (in U.S.$),
Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We have had an open shop and have handled credit
card charges with integrity for 20 years. If you email us with credit card
information we recommend sending in two emails, each with half of the card number.

Orders usually ship within 1- 2 business days. Media mail within the U.S. is $3.95 and U.S. Priority flat rate envelope is $6.90. Global priority flat rate envelope is $33, for Canada it is $28. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
