Second Edition, Limited to 550 copies of British naval commander, Sir Hovenden Walker's account of his failed attempt to capture the city of Quebec in August 1711, for which he was peremptorily dismissed from service. It is based on memory, a pocket diary, and various letters and documents supplied to him by the secretary of the Admiralty, Josiah Burchett (most of Walker's original books, journals and charts from the expedition perished in an explosion in 1711).
