Walking Contemplations: Reflections on Rambling and Ambling (Contemplations Series)

'All paths lead nowhere, so it is important to choose a path that has heart' - Carlos Castaneda.

This beautifully packaged book offers the reader a rare opportunity to slow down and receive the natural restorative power of nature through a selection of beautiful, evocative quotes transporting the reader to a space of contemplative reflection inspired by the mindful art of walking.

'Once trodden by human feet, a natural path becomes a work of man, each traveller marking the way for the next, sometimes departing from the most direct or obvious route to avoid a muddy patch, or to keep out of sight of possible enemies. Feet follow foosteps and so a road is trodden in history.'- The Oldest Road, An Exploration of the Ridgeway, JRL Anderson and Fay Godwin
