Holistic life coach and spiritual guide Emma-Jane Cross supports you to create your own spiritual and personal growth path using nature’s seasonal rhythm as the catalyst.
This book can be used either as an inspirational tool to start living a lifestyle connected to nature’s rhythm, or, you can use it as a workbook following the seasonal chapters. As you work with the wisdom, journeys and ceremonies in this book, inspired by the eight ancient Celtic, and Nordic festivals marking the turning of the wheel you will discover your connection to nature’s rhythm.

Emma-Jane Cross is a holistic life coach and pagan priestess. Although originally from North Wales she now lives by the side of a fjord in Denmark. With an eclectic educational background Emma-Jane has studied musical theatre, art, writing, human development and life coaching, graduating from Via University College Viborg in 2016. However Emma-Jane considers the most enriching of her education was the four years she spent living in Avebury Stone Circle in Wiltshire where she studied Celtic and Norse spirituality with the resident pagans, witches, druids and shamans. This connection to nature became the foundation for Walking the Wheel of the Year, a program that uses the macrocosm of nature to reflect the microcosm of an individuals personal growth. As well as her writing, Emma-Jane is the innovator of Re:Root, a holistic life coaching method supporting people to reroot within themselves and reroute their lives. Advocating holistic practice, practical action and conscious living, she has both private and corporate clients whom she empowers to transform their own lives and enjoy their journey in life.
