Timothy B. Lisa Jones Johnson is an attorney, author and entertainment executive. She is the CEO of NextGen Media Group, Inc. which recently launched a global social media platform focusing on news. In 2007, Ms. Johnson’s debut novel A Dead Man Speaks (Genesis Press) was nominated for a 2007 Image Award and for the Romantic Times Literary Critics award for best general fiction. Ms. Jones Johnson is an honors graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Law School, and she served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at USC Law School where she taught a course on Drafting and Negotiating Entertainment Contracts.
Walter C. Jones is an attorney with extensive experience in business and finance transactions. He began his legal career at the Washington, D.C. office of Sidley & Austin after graduating in 1988 from Harvard Law School. Mr. Jones also worked as a General Counsel at an asset-management firm where he was likewise responsible for all compliance matters. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. from Princeton University and the Woodrow Wilson school of Public and International Affairs, and his MBA from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
