1963 Ward Lock Red Guide to South Cornwall. Hardback with full colour jacket (protected with cellophane). Jacket is tanned to some extent and chipped at the edges, approx. 1cm square missing from front top corner. Cover is still bright red and with only minor bumping to the ends of the spine, the binding is square and firm. Endpapers are lightly tanned, owner's name written in biro on front free endpaper but otherwise the book is unmarked. Some foxing on front edge. Two fold out maps, the first is ripped but still attached. Pages are in the condition to be expected in a book of this age.

Clevedon Community Bookshop, co-operatively owned, opened on 31 December 2011 and now has a general stock of approximately 20,000 books. Our Bookshop is in Copse Road in Clevedon and is open every day of the week except Mondays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. The Bookshop Co-operative comprises nearly 650 members from around the world and was set up to stop the only second-hand bookshop in our town from closing. The benefit of being a member/shareholder is only social: no-one benefits financially. All profits are used to improve the bookshop and its stock, and, through events, to contribute to the literacy and literary profile of our town.
