Collated, complete.A brief, charming and very scarce guide to the town and its castle. The publisher J. Merridew produced a number of editions of this work between 1824 and 1830, all of which are very scarce.With a former owner's inscription, dated 1857, to the front pastedown.With ten pages of advertisements to the rear. In the publisher's original paper wraps. Light handling marks to wraps, most concentrated to head of rear wrap. Tail of front joint starting, with wrap firmly held. Inscription to front pastedown. Internally, binding lightly strained. Light spotting and handling marks throughout. Very Good. Seller Inventory # 898F11
