Book condition: Very Good. Dark navy blue flexible leatherette cover. Full color section for flags and insignia and line drawings of proper placements of lights. Book is tight and square with sharp edges and corners and surprisingly free of markings or flaws, except for (presumably) former owner's initials lightly stamped on several pages thru the text.
