Water Body Management: Lessons from the 2020 Lockdown

The COVID-19 pandemic and prolonged lockdowns brought unprecedented disruption to societies and economies worldwide. While people remained confined to their homes, professionals, academics, thinkers, and business leaders turned their attention toward rebuilding economies and preparing for a post-pandemic future. This book brings together these forward-looking perspectives in the field of water body technology and management. It features 15 articles by eminent professionals who share their experiences, insights, and ideas on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in water-related activities. Rather than presenting academic research, the contributions offer practical perspectives from individuals directly involved in water body technology and management. Together, they provide a timely reflection on how innovation, technology, and effective management can shape the future of water resources in a rapidly changing world. The volume has been edited and compiled by the President and Vice President of FROST.
