Waterbody Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Modeling

In a workbook which evolved from environmental engineer and student requests for waterbody modeling techniques, Edinger, a consultant to government agencies, utilities, and industries on water quality problems, introduces models simulating steady flow or stationary-state situations. Some 30 examples show applications of a waterbody hydrodynamic and transport model used in conjunction with water quality models to aid in assessing and responding to problems. Includes a glossary. The CD-ROM supplies the software for utilizing these models. Unlike the CiP, the cover lists the subtitle as "An introductory workbook and CD-ROM on three-dimensional waterbody modeling."
