More Yourself

When was the last time you remember feeling like yourself?

For many of us, it's been way too long.

Chapter by chapter, More YourSELF rekindles your natural sense of curiosity toward yourself, other people, and the great big world around you. You'll be led, one step at a time, out of stuckness into your most authentic self and a more joy-filled, purposeful life. How? By exchanging assumptions and certainties for wonderment and question marks.
Learn about mindful introspection and actively deepen your connection with yourself as you explore all the "parts" of you through an Internal Family Systems lens. Heal and enhance your relationships with others as your reactivity goes down and open-minded curiosity goes up. And revive your excitement for life as you get clear about what really matters to you.

Set certainty aside. Get ready to challenge what you think you know. Be willing to get brave, bold, and curious as you feel, function, and become More YourSELF.
