The debut novel of Richard Adams, 'Watership Down' won the Carnegie Medal and Guardian Prize. It was adapted into an animated film by Martin Rosen in 1978. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with slight bumping to the spine and minor shelf wear to the extremities. The clipped dust wrapper is in good condition with closed tears to the spine and front flyleaf and some shelf wear to the edges. Internally, firmly bound.
