蒋铁刚（1968.8-2022.4）, 北京独立学者，笔名塞疆、野夫。1968年8月生于河北省阜城县，1986.9-1990.6就读于武汉工学院电子工程系应用电子技术专业，1992.9-1995.6就读于北京农业大学经管学院的农业经济及管理专业。之后供职于《中国改革》和《战略与管理》杂志社，长期关注中国中长期发展的战略问题，从2013.10-2022.4编写周刊《高端看点》共597期，著有《阻力--影响中国社会经济发展的重大问题》《给中国老板的第一份内参》《我们这个时代的人》《复兴大业----对中国二十一世纪的建言》《大国的兴衰之道》《国有企业的特性和改革》《中国国富论》《天地翻覆静悄悄--中国经济体制改革简史》等。Tiegang Jiang(1968.8-2022.4), is a Beijing independent scholar, whose pen name is Sejiang and Yefu. Born in Fucheng County, Hebei Province, in August 1968; studied applied Electronic Technology at the electrical engineering of Wuhan Institute of Technology, from September 1986 to June 1990; studied in the Agricultural Economics and Management at the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Agricultural University chiefly. Then served in China Reform Magazine and Strategy and Management Magazine, and paid long-term attention to the strategic issues of China's medium and long-term development.
