The Way - Spirit Guide - Dealing with Belief Issues

An effective way of dealing with beliefs is to assume the role of an independent observer. We can observe our experiences and link them to our thoughts, images, feelings and intentions about ourselves. We can link those thoughts, images, feelings and intentions to our expectations, evaluations, assumptions and beliefs about our selves. We can test our discoveries and establish if they are true or false. We can invest our faith the truth and divest our faith in the false. In so doing, we can enhance the thoughts, images, feelings and intentions we present to our mind. Our mind will respond by presenting to us experiences with an essence that matches the essence of what we are presenting to our mind. In this way, we can control what we experience in life. We can actually sow what we want to reap.
