104 pages + 36 pages of classified adverts front and rear. With 32 photo plates on 28 extra leaves on glossy paper. Printed soft card covers a little handled, with some wear at spine. Contents all very clean. Begun in 1906 and with all manner of setbacks after the war, this 1st magazine of their endeavours for all walking and climbing interest and their members with 19 articles from the Climbing the "Rockies" to the Lake District, The Pyrenees and other Alpine areas, etc + Rules Members, Objectives, Library, etc. Some commemorative images of passed climbers of the club.

We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
