Item description from seller

Sociology. Red cloth boards are slightly cocked but show minimal shelf wear, it's still very tight and no marks were noted on inside pages. The jacket has fraying especially at spine and folds, some small chips at spine and a few tears. The two fundamental ideas of the book are those of self-interest and natural liberty. It was by applying these doctrines to his analysis of economic institutions that Adam Smith achieved his great success. Proceeds from the sale of this book benefit environmental restoration and education.
