More expensive books are dispatched by recorded or special delivery and have to be signed for upon arrival at destinaton. We will issue a full refund for any book misordered/not as described upon safe return of the book; provided such book is returned promptly and in same/similar condition as dispatched provided we have been informed by email of your intention to return within 7 days of our accompanying invoice date (or if sent abroad - on receipt).
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Our shipping costs are based on all books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
