About the Author

Noha Ramadan received the Master’s degree in Information Technology from United Arab Emirates University in 2013. She obtained her Bachelor in Computer Sciences and Information System Technology from Abu Dhabi University in 2008. She published several papers in international conferences and Journals in the fields of Web 2.0, E-Commerce and E-Gov.
