After being a very traditional physical therapist for eight years, Phil Tavolacci had a profound personal healing experience with Myofascial Release (MFR) and completely changed the way he treated his patients.  Once he realized that the root of many bodily dysfunctions was the fascia, or connective tissue, he delved into the study of MFR.  Myofascial Release allowed Phil to overcome years of chronic pain and, simultaneously, assist his patients in their quests to resolve their pain and optimize their health and vitality.  Phil is passionate about educating people about their fascial systems and how to best care for themselves.  He owns TAVO Total Health, LLC, which has two treatment locations in Maryland (Silver Spring and Bethesda).  Phil lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
