Pocket map of terratorial Arizona in red printed stiff wrappers. Map is good to very good, with separations at fold junctions and light spots of color offsetting from wrappers. Small area of loss at intersection along the California border south of Needles. County boundaries are in red. 6 pp. text lists towns and geographic features. Elevations by hachure. Maps from atlases of Arizona Territory are not uncommon. However, folding or pocket maps as here, even as late as 1903, are quite rare as there were relatively few travelers to the territory who would need a map in this form. The key identifies towns, railroads, wagon roads, and canals and ditches.
