The Wee Book of How Not to be Beige (Paperback)

Paperback. What happens when an eccentric author, who's always made a point of rebelling against "normal" society, finds inspiration in an unlikely source? Delving deep into the philosophy expressed by Scotland's favorite son, Sir Billy Connolly, via his music, stand-up comedy, interviews, writings, films and television, an understanding is achieved of just why it's so vital - especially in these modern times - for human beings not to allow themselves to become beige, dull, accepting of the status quo. Blending various experiences that have nurtured wisdom over the course of decades will spur readers to shun the beige cardigan for an open-minded adventure through life! An eccentric author, rebellious against society, looks at how vital it is to avoid being beige in today's world, with the help of wisdom gleaned from the music, stand-up comedy, interviews, writings, films and television of Sir Billy Connolly.
