Fair condition. Approximately 50-60% of the pages have markings in pen (green, blue, and black ink -- mostly underlining, but also occasional short notes). There is a name written on the inside of the front cover. There is an old price stamped in the upper right corner of the first blank pages along with some light smudging. The pages are tanning a bit from age. One of the corners has been lightly bumped (see picture). Good reading copy if you don't mind pages with underlining and occasional notes.
