About the Author
Sally Roth is a lifelong naturalist and gardener. She is the author and contributor to many books including The Modern Herb Gardener for Carroll & Brown as well as, Landscaping for Dummies, Rodale's Illustrated Encyclopedia of Gardening and Landscaping Techniques, Taylor's Guide to Fruits and Berries to name but a few. Sally has been a columnist and feature writer for Organic Gardening magazine and served as a horticultural consultant for Time-Life Books. Anna Dourado, PhD, has worked for The Royal Horticultural Society and is currently a part-time lecturer and consultant in horticulture and a freelance gardening writer. She writes the Q&A section of Amateur Gardening.
