This copy has moderate rubbing, edgewear down to boards along spine edges and at corners, head and foot of spine also have minor tears, the side and bottom text edges have moderate to severe foxing, top edge retains gilt, but it is very worn. Interior text has previous owners bookplate affixed to front pastedown, markings on second free front endpaper, free front endpapers are hanging on by threads, but the rest of the text is remarkably sound.
