Rod Branch is an engineer, executive, musician, patented inventor, ordained minister, and author. A grassroots American, his journey includes engineering in the Alaskan Arctic, lobbying in Washington, D.C., and serving as a Chief HR Officer. He holds degrees in petroleum engineering from OklahomaState University and a master's in global human resource management from the University of Liverpool (UK). He was named a Top 100 HR Leader and HR Leader of the Year in 2024.
