Actually, This Was NOT My Week (Unfiltered Diaries)

Maya Bennett has a plan.

By Friday, everyone at Westbridge Academy is going to know her name.

Not because she has done anything embarrassing.

Obviously.

Maya is going to become a NEW, IMPROVED, TOTALLY CONFIDENT VERSION OF HERSELF.

She has a seven-step transformation plan. She is going to make new friends, get noticed, improve her reputation, try new things and finally stop worrying about what everyone thinks of her.

There is only one problem.

Her best friend Zoe thinks the whole thing is a terrible idea.

And Zoe is usually right.

As Maya's plan spirals from slightly embarrassing to completely disastrous, her biggest mistake may be forgetting the person who has been beside her all along.

With school gossip spreading, friendships getting complicated and Friday getting closer by the minute, Maya is about to discover that becoming someone everyone notices is a lot easier than figuring out who you actually want to be.

Funny, chaotic and painfully relatable, Actually, This Was NOT My Week is the first book in the Unfiltered Diaries series, an illustrated diary adventure about friendship, confidence, embarrassing moments and the wonderfully messy business of growing up.

Because sometimes the worst week...

is exactly the week you needed.
