Scalable recipes, and ideas for snacks, leftovers and lunchboxes, all hinge on 6 weekly meal plans and their relevant shopping baskets will see you feeding those you love the best possible food. Because that pathway to better eating, better cooking and better budgeting, always, always starts with the weekly shop.

Supermarket Swap began as Nabula El Mourid's busy mum’s mission to make better choices at the supermarket to feed her son. The Instagram page she created to share what she found quickly garnered a large following from others who wanted to learn how to make simple swaps and better choices for themselves and their families. Following a lengthy process of development in consultation with qualified health professionals and food scientists, Nabula launched the Supermarket Swap App to enable shoppers to easily search, shop, share and save on additive- and preservative-free food from Australia’s largest supermarkets. As well as an extensive additive database, the app also contains more than 2000 additive- and preservative-free supermarket products.

Through the online community, Nabula realised that many people were also struggling with meal planning. So, in 2022, the app expanded to include a meal plan template, which features over 200 recipes to streamline your meal planning and make it easier to feed your family.
