According to an exclusive iVillage survey, 45% of women have lost weight and gained it back three or more times in the last five years. The key to beating the yo-yo cycle is finding a program you can live with for the rest of your life. Here is the answer women have been looking for!
Six Weeks to Losing it for Good, based on the "Lose it for Good Community Challenge," helps women identify their eating and fitness personalities, and then guides them through six weeks of lifestyle change structured to meet their unique needs. Featuring self-assessment tests, professionally-developed diet and exercise plans tailored for different personality types, journaling, and more, this book presents a common-sense -- and destined-for-success -- approach to weight-loss.
