This attractive book is in four parts - an autobiography - description of various lifts, biographies of champions trained by the author and finally certificates of merit and county records and tables of body weights. Dustwrapper is nicked and chipped but only affecting picture or titling at head of spine ( end of authors name). Circa 1950'S.
