In doing so, we have put together this book containing the instructional information which will be posted in The Livy Method App and Spring/Summer 2023 Facebook Support Group. Please keep in mind this book may not contain all the information or posts, so you will still need to check into the Facebook Group or Livy Method App day to day to review any newly added information and to watch the videos that go along with these posts.

At the end of this book, you will find additional resources that may help with your journey. Included is the science guide, which contains additional articles that go more in depth into the science behind the program and the process, some sample recipes that you can try, and tracking sheets that you can use to track your progress.
