Ric Weinman makes it possible for anyone to learn how to become a 'channel' for healing energy. This workbook of creative exercises will teach you how to tap your inner energy to heal yourself and others. The channeling of healing energy is easy to learn and can be used for illness or general stress release. Based on the author's popular workshops, these practical exercises carefully guide you through three distinct methods of channeling. In addition, you can learn how to channel healing energy from distance and how to channel healing vibrations from sources in nature, such as colors, plants, and crystals. Also included is the art of aura balancing - a powerful way to clear the chakras and balance the entire system - and the subtle and esoteric art of Healing Through Oneness.

This workbook provides clear, detailed instructions for channeling healing sun, earth, and heart energy to the reader and his or her partner. Basing the text on his workshops, the author guides the reader through techniques for developing a healing mindset and for aura balancing. Useful explanations of chakras, sore spots, and common fears, in addition to the exercises, assure that learning will be successful. The text is remarkably free of jargon, but frequent criticisms of Western medicine are not sufficiently defended. Readers interested in personal accounts, history, and theoretical concepts will want to consult one of the many other books available.
