Welcome To Your Chakras: An Introduction to Your Chakras, Chakra Clearing, and Self-Healing (Deep Healing Heart Activation System)

If you are not clear about what a Chakra is, this booklet is the perfect place for you to start because this booklet walks you through a Chakra Clearing exercise that is designed for beginners who have little to no knowledge about their chakras.

Our energy field provides us with natural healing energy that would normally be going about its way to resolve issues as they arise, keeping us spiritually, mentally and physically fit, but when this energy flow is reduced or cut off, it simply can't do the job it was designed to do. Choosing to work on clearing your chakras from time to time will go a long way in keeping this energy flow at a healthy level and can make life much more pleasant and productive.

This booklet includes teachings on what chakras are and how they are related to your spiritual and physical beings, followed by a Chakra Clearing Exercise to teach you how to perform your own healing sessions.

This booklet was designed to be used along with Deep Healing Lights TM 'Chakra Clearing Crystal and Aromatherapy Kit'. This kit includes a collection of (7) crystals, Stone ID Cards, and essential oil scented candles can be quickly used during meditation. Each Stone ID card includes a meditation and specific affirmation to aid in the healing of its related chakra.

The best advice for anyone just starting is to accept that there is no pressure, no hurry and nothing wrong with you if you don’t feel anything for a while when working on your chakras. Some people are more sensitive to feeling energy move, and some are less sensitive, but this has no impact on healing.

Healing energy transcends our physical reality, so it is not about feeling anything physical, but about allowing yourself to welcome the energy to flow where it will serve you best, whether you feel it or not.

As with all our products and services, the healing energy of angels, ascended masters and other loving and healing beings of light are infused into this booklet. What this means is that I have already interceded on your part to welcome them to start working with you immediately, so you are more prepared to do this than you may think.
