About this title

Synopsis

Life on Planet Earth is messy. From childhood to old age, most of us harbor feelings of misgiving or a sense that things are not as they should be. Life is not fair. Parents lack parenting skills. Friends betray. Plans go down the tube. People and pets die. Airplanes crash. Disease gets the upper hand. And the last smidgen of toothpaste falls off your brush onto the floor. Life is a Mess and the author admits the fact. How do we deal with the mess? How do we unclutter our minds and spirits? WELCOME TO MY MESS doesn't answer all the questions and may even raise some, but within these reflections, the author offers insights that have helped her rid her life of some toxic thoughts and feelings.
