Wellness on Time Magazine: Wellness in Nature Edition

This is the fifth edition of the Wellness on Time Magazine – the Wellness in Nature Edition.
This is a global magazine with a global audience. We have writers from all over the world sharing their knowledge and stories about what they do, where to find support and suggestions of ways to improve wellbeing.

Our feature stories are about the benefits of getting into balance with nature, we look at Shinrin-yoku, the eco-therapy of forest bathing, and the healing power of the African wilderness. We meet the Koala Clancy Foundation and President Janine Duffy tells us about all the powerful work they are doing to save koalas.

We look at sound healing, embracing the outdoors, the healing power of trees and ask what’s your body telling you? Our Wellness in Nature interviews section features amazing stories from Sara Jones and Dr Nicola Macdonald, who share insights into their methods of holistic wellbeing and the power of our connection with nature. Sara and Nicola are also co-authors in our upcoming book Learning Through Pain.

We delve into healing your inner child, nature and the menstrual cycle, neuroscience and spirituality, the layers of energy healing in nature, culinary cures for optimal wellness and a spiritual awakening in India. We also explore dancing with creation, and Ayurveda and the three doshas.

Our resident columnist, Aurora Bennett, shares her knowledge on healing herbs, and there are book reviews, a wellness activity on being still, sign-up links to our programs, and links to our free breathe meditation.

We love creating this magazine and trust that you will enjoy everything we’ve included as much as we do.
