Oblong, approx. 10 ½ in. x 8 ½ in. 203 pp. Illustrated in both color and b/w. Black leather spine and hinges, gilt titling on the spine. Decorative paper over boards. Fine in a matching clamshell box with title label pasted on the spine. Included is a 12-page pamphlet with two additional essays, one by each editor, with illustrations and the same colophon as the book, also signed by the editors. The item weighs 4 ¼ lbs.
