Culinary Arts Press. 1936. Reading, PA. Mid-size, staple-bound. It is unusual for a softcover book to be enclosed in a dust jacket, but this one is. The book is quite worn, commensurate with its age, but the dust jacket is still firm. By the way, the inside of the dust jacket is completely filled - top to bottom - with commentaries on all of the Culinary Arts Press published books, up to 1936. The original price of 15 cents is imprinted on the front cover. There is no writing in the book, and there is no odor. There are charming line drawings on virtually every page. 48 pages. Securely packed in a lidded box for protection during shipment.
