Domestic shipping: $7.00 media mail, $14.00 priority mail within the
continental US, (we can also ship UPS & fedex), destination and/or weight may
incur more. Non-book items, very heavy books and odd things like LPs, posters,
etc, may incur extra postage charges.

NY State residents pay 4% sales tax. New York City residents pay an
